Goldney Gala – a secret city festival
The magical Goldney Hall is home to one of the oldest quartz grottos in the UK and is only open to the public once a year. For one day only Sue Ryder have been given the keys and will be hosting a city festival for the day.
Lots of activities and a headline act
Radio 2 A-list artist, Ben Montague is headlining in the evening – find out more about Ben Montague Ben will be supported by the Beau Ties.
The festivities will start during the day and will continue in to the evening. Activities include:
- Shakespeare
- Ballet from local and international companies
- Vintage tea tent
- Stilt walkers and circus acts
- Story telling time
- Holistic healing corner
- Pimms tent
- …and many more treats for all the family

- Adults £15
- Child £9 – ages 3-16 years.
- Family £44 full price
- Evening only £10 – entry from 5pm to see the Shakespeare and acoustic set with Alex Gear, The Beau Ties and Ben Montague.
Family tickets are available to groups of 2 adults + 2 children. Children under 3 years old go free.

Therapies available during the day include: deep relaxation and soul readings, Reiki healing, holistic massage, kinesiology, tarot reading and Indian head massage.
